What is Pioneers?

If you like the outdoors, then this ministry is for you! Lutheran Boy and Girl Pioneers is for children between the ages of 5-18 and their parents. Pioneers meets on various Sundays throughout the school year from 12:00--1:30 pm.

Just what is it that the Pioneers do?
They start out each session with a devotion based on the Bible. From there every night is different! Activities include archery, creating pinewood derby cars, Christmas caroling, learning about the outdoors, and a host of other nurturing activities.
There are also quite a few outings including: campouts, archery camps, a hayride in the fall, and the big Pinewood Derby at Salem Lutheran Church in Owosso.
